Problems with grouping

Hello,
I have two kinds of "solicitacao.estado" attributes on my model :
"Finalizado" and "Em andamento". I am trying to make a groupped
report based on these values, but the results showed in the report are
graphically divided into three bands, with the same
"solicitacao.estado" value repeated on two bands ( but the
FIELD_ACTION_COUNT is correct)... Here is the report generator code :
