Extracting from ATR disks

I have several disks that (when booted) display a menu with all the
games on them, subesequently one selects the game and then it is started.

I would like to extract each game to a seperate (exe or bin) file. Since
that makes it much easier in an emulator environment to select the game
one wants to play.
Does anyone know of a programm (running on either Atari, PC or Mac) that
is able to extract the games more or less automatic?
