Climate change, conflict, and COVID-19 are forcing a reassessment of how we eradicate poverty while addressing the planetary emergency of environmental degradation.

Our latest brief explores the evolution in understanding of how poverty and the environment are linked, while also considering solutions such as reining in excessive resource consumption by the wealthiest 10% and shifting governments' communications emphasis away from GDP and jobs numbers toward indices of national wellbeing that include the historically marginalized and the environment.
