Dear colleagues,
The first three articles of a special issue of Sustainability--"Adapting to Climate Change: The Interplay between International and Domestic Institutions in the Context of Climate Finance"--are now available, open access.  These include my  Adaptation, Official Development Assistance, and Institution Building: The Case of the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre.
