Dear Colleagues,
*Apologies for cross-posting*
Thank you to all those who attended and presented at our first online research medley on AI tools for studying environmental politics. Please mark your calendars for our next research medley, tentatively scheduled on Monday, 17 November 2025, 16:00 CEST (10:00 EST / 07:00 PST) via Zoom.
The focus of this meeting will be on work that empirically addresses the impact of AI on environmental politics. Hence, we’re moving from AI as a method to AI as an object of analysis. We welcome presentations on either work-in-progress or recently published studies. The format will mirror that of the preceding research medley: short presentations (5–10 minutes) followed by Q&A and open discussion.
If you are interested in giving a short presentation, please email me directly. Requests to present on an alternate date will also be considered. Depending on the number of presenters, we’ll either run for 60-90 minutes.
I look forward to a lively exchange of ideas.
Best regards,
Hamish
