The team has been working to increase the variety of approaches to carbon removal that can be represented in GCAM as well as enhance GCAM’s ability to model relevant policies.

The new postdoctoral research will work with Dr. Morrow and the current postdoctoral researcher to:

  1. Design, execute, and publish studies using ICRLP’s extended version of GCAM
  2. Help the team extend GCAM further to incorporate other approaches to carbon removal

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have a PhD in economics, environmental science, public policy, or another field relevant to integrated assessment modeling of carbon removal technologies and practices.
