Withdrawal from IEAs

Hi Folks,

 

I am interested in cases of withdrawal from international environmental agreements. Well-known cases include Canada’s withdrawals from the Kyoto Protocol and the UNCCD, the US’ withdrawal from the Paris Agreement, and Japan’s withdrawal from the IWC. What are the other cases?
