UNEP-GNHRE Summer/Winter School starting on Monday

Dear all,

The UNEP-GNHRE Summer/Winter School starts this Monday. We have an amazing line-up of speakers, discussants and commentators, including activists, leading scholars from across the globe, UN programme leaders and the UN Special Rapporteur for Human Rights and the Environment. The entire summer school is free, has open registration and you can attend as many of the classes as you like. Members of this group might be particularly interested in the class run by Josh Gellers with Matilda Arvidsson on "Rights for Nonhumans in the Anthopocene" and the course run by Larissa Basso on "Politics and Justice in Energy Transitions" as well the classes on "Decolonisation and Protected Areas", "Participation as Resistance" and "Environmental defenders in times of pandemic".
