The Future of Transnational Environmental Law

At a time of accelerating climate change, biodiversity loss, technological transformation and geopolitical fragmentation, the TEL journal Transnational Environmental Law is convening an early career scholars’ workshop to reflect critically on how transnational environmental law is evolving — and where it should go next.

We invite unpublished draft papers engaging with the future trajectories, conceptual foundations, and practical implications of the field. Selected papers will be considered for publication in TEL.
