Tweet It Share It Forward It MONTHLY BULLETIN ACUNS Annual Meeting 2026 Application Open From the Academic Council on the United Nations System and Nova University, Lisbon   The 2026 ACUNS Annual Meeting will examine how multilateral governance can be maintained despite myriad challenges. The application is now open for the submission of abstracts for proposing papers, policy briefs, roundtables, and research-policy tools. Applications are due by Thursday, 15 January 2026, 11:59 PM EST. Selected participants will be notified in February 2026.  UPCOMING EVENT Upcoming C4UN Membership Call: 16 December From the Coalition for the UN We Need Join Coalition for the UN We Need on December 16 for a Global Network Call with Executive Director Adam Lupel with an update on recent activities and a shared look ahead to 2026 priorities during this pivotal moment for multilateralism. EVENT SUMMARY Justice in Action: Greater MENA Perspectives on Global & Regional Governance Innovation From the Global Institute for Strategic Research, Global Governance Innovation Network, Stimson Center, Doha Forum The Global Institute for Strategic Research at Hamad Bin Khalifa University and Global Governance Innovation Network, in collaboration with the Doha Forum and Stimson Center, are proud to have hosted this half-day dialogue on Monday, 8 December 2025. The program spotlighted steps that have been and can be taken by regional and global organizations operating within the MENA region to overcome the stark justice gap found within and between many countries today. Stay tuned for the dialogue report in January! EVENT SUMMARY T20 South Africa Summit 2025 The Think 20 (T20) is an official engagement group of the G20. It consists of a dynamic network of research institutes and experts from across the world who provide vital substantive inputs into multiple G20 policy tracks.
