We would like to invite you to the launch of Just Transition and Care: An international Inquiry that will take place on November 20, 15:30-17:00 Central European Time. The goal of the report is to highlight the need for just transition strategies in care, where most workers are women. We explore this with respect to domestic and community care, environmental care, food provisioning, healthcare, and education, drawing from the experiences and insights of workers, advocates and engaged scholars.
The report has been produced by the Just Transition and Care Network - https://www.unrisd.org/en/research/projects/just-transition-and-care You can find more information about it and about how to register for the launching webinar at https://www.unrisd.org/en/activities/events/just-transition-and-care-an-international-inquiry-report-launch

Dear all:

This webinar draws on the perspectives of education union representatives from the USA, UK and global unions, an engaged academic advisor and the Just Transition and Care team, to explore the significance of just transition for educational workers.
Please share with your networks and individuals who may be interested in the subject.
Sincerely,
Dimitris for Stefania, Rocio, Gea and Zoe
