The Environmental Governance Lab at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, University of Toronto is pleased to announce the webinar: "Has the Pandemic Disrupted Carbon Lock-in?" It will be held on Sept 22 from 3-5 PM (EST). We have three excellent panelists: Samantha Gross, Director of Energy Security and Climate Initiative at Brookings; Jonas Nahm, Assistant Professor of Energy, Resources, and Environment at Johns Hopkins University; and Piers Forster, Professor of Climate Physics at University of Leeds.
