I'm looking for a postdoc to join me on a new project called Norm backsliding in corporate climate governance: The Trump effect on net zero commitments.

The position is part-time (0.5-0.7 FTE) for 9-12 months, and deadline for applying is soon, 10 Nov. The successful candidate must have finished their PhD and be available to start before Jan 15.

Do you want to explore what's happening to net-zero commitments by companies when the political winds are changing?

I'm looking for a post-doc to join me part-time (0.5 - 0.7 FTE) on a short (9 - 12 months) project on climate governance and corporate sustainability. The successful candidate will be part of the Environmental Policy Analysis department at the IVM Institute for Environmental Studies carrying out interviews and organizing a workshop in Amsterdam with corporate stakeholders.

Who am I looking for?

✅ You have a strong interest in climate politics, environmental governance, or sustainability.
✅ You are eager to work in an impact-driven and interdisciplinary team
✅ You hold a PhD in political science, sociology, public administration or environmental social science.
✅ Availability to start before 15 January 2026
