Post-doctoral researcher needed: Greening the Global Financial Architecture

Boston University’s Global Development Policy Center (GDP Center) seeks a post-doctoral research fellow to work on projects related to reforming global economic institutions such that they enable nations to recover from the COVID crisis in a manner that reduces inequality and accelerates progress toward zero net carbon emissions by 2050.  The successful candidate will have a PhD in economics, political science, sociology or similar subject; have strong knowledge of the political economy of trade, investment, and finance, and have strong quantitative skills; and strong English writing skills in a variety of forms.  The position will begin in the fall semester of 2020 and extend for one academic year, with the possibility of renewal for one additional year.  Interested candidates should contact Kevin Gallagher at k...@bu.edu by August 15, 2020.
