This one was a fairly short detour off I-35 as we drove between Little Rock and
Plano last week. Headed west on US 371, continuing onto sometimes-paved,
sometimes dirt 230 and 30, then a short leg north on AR 195. The area is mostly
wooded, with many of the areas having been cut and replanted in pines, as we
could tell from the even spacing of the rows and columns of trees. We went just
past the closest point to the flag, turned around just past houses #721 and
#724 on the left and right, and went back south. House 721 is set back off the
road, a single-story home with a blue roof and a large carport in front of the
left side of the house. There is one outbuilding (or maybe an old trailer) well
off the driveway to the left at the edge of the trees. Just south of the house,
at the shoulder, we were within 32 meters of the flag.
