I found this vexilla in a residential area of 2 story brick houses with
attached garages. The lot had some elevation change to it and the back yard
area actually had two separate areas with stairs between them and marked off
with a short white fence. The upper part allowed cars to pull to the back of
the house. I looked up Bouvet Island and it certainly is isolated! In fact,
it is called the most remote island in the world. It is in a wide open area of
the South Atlantic Ocean, almost 1,600 miles (2550 km) south-southwest of South
Africa and 4,200 miles east of Tierra del Fuego, the south tip of South
America.
