We went around the east side of Baltimore to get to this flag, located just
inside the Baltimore Beltway near Eastpoint Mall, in the Colgate neighborhood.
This is an area of narrow streets and two-story row houses. The flag is again
in the street, on Wynbrook Road. It is near the middle of the street, between
#7951 and #7953. The latter is red brick with a frame extension on the front.
All the yards on the street are fenced, and most have either an extension on
the front or at least a wide awning over the front on the house. We got the GPS
to zero out while stopped in the street.
