more than a mile if I'm doing my math right. (The other 3 results would have been Emery, UT; Utah state; all of US.)

This always happens when a GC code isn't known to the dictionary, but it only happens once (if you don't destroy the dictionary, that is).
 The info lines "Writing mapping" will probably disappear in a later release, for now it's good to see they work. Also, when repeating a search, you'll easily spot newly published caches this way ;)

This looks mildly alarming, but indeed (http://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC3YZ7A_stinkies-cache) it is a PMO cache, and cdpf.aspx files, for Basic Members, do not contain the information they would contain for Premium Members.
(This information is also in the debugging output.)
You may check the local file (cdpf.aspx_guid_85cbe793-dc8f-48c5-8b90-871269a81e74_lc_10 in your cache tree), it contains a line

  <p class="Warning">You must be a Premium Member to view this page.</p>

In "list" output (which is much more readable than gpx) the corresponding line is

- it contains all information that can be obtained legally (from the search page, in this case). I might tell you the coordinates, but you may find them yourself (on gc) by projecting (14.2km, or ~8mi, correspond to ~0.07 degrees) and narrowing the search iteratively... As this is a multi-cache you may lack the information regarding the tasks at the stages though. And of course there's no attributes and no hint.

If you don't want to have these caches in your results at all: use the "-O" option.

Indeed, again a PMO cache. Same problem, no coordinates (*clearing throat*), no stage instructions. Quite risky for a T 4.5 cache, I think - even if one knew the location.
 
So far, everything looks good to me... I might find another message text though. Suggestions? "Private cache" isn't incorrect, but perhaps showing the warning text would be better:
