Dear all,
My name is Kannaki Bindu Anilkumar, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Natural Hazards and Risks in Structural Engineering at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. I am currently in my Urlaubssemester and actively looking for a working student or internship opportunity in the fields of natural hazard assessment, geoinformatics, or structural risk analysis.
My academic and project experience includes seismic performance assessment, Building Information Modelling (CAD & Revit), geospatial mapping (QGIS, Google Earth Pro), damage analysis of structures using 3muri, and data evaluation using Python and MATLAB. I have also worked on projects related to shake map creation, flood risk mapping, and structural damage analysis.
I am particularly motivated to contribute to research or industry projects focusing on disaster risk reduction, climate resilience, or geospatial data applications. My goal is to apply my analytical and technical skills to real-world problems while developing a potential Master’s thesis topic in this area.
I am flexible regarding location within Germany, and open to both part-time (student assistant) or internship roles.
Please find my CV attached. I would be very happy to connect if my profile aligns with any current or upcoming opportunities in your organization.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Best regards,
Kannaki Bindu Anilkumar
