GeoScript JS 1.1.0

Hi all!

I just released geoscript-js 1.1.0.  The biggest change is the upgrade to GeoTools 22.  The command line tool name changed to geoscript-js (so we can have multiple geoscript cli's on the path at the same time).  I also included an uber jar that contains all of the dependencies and is executable to make it really easy for people to experiment with geoscript-js.
