GeoScript Groovy 1.7.0

Hi all!

I just released GeoScript Groovy 1.7.0.  This release is built on Groovy 2.4.6, GeoTools 15.0, and the Java Topology Suite 1.13 and requires Java 8.  

Thanks to sbortman, blackrez, and gnafu for their contributions!

Congratulations on yet another release.   And,  thank you for all the hard

work you do on GeoScript.  It is such a wonderful library which makes

great things possible (and sometimes pretty darn easy :-))
