OFFLINE starting

Hello there!
When I starting newest Geoscout4 it want a live connection to the web.

But is there any way to startup Geoscout4 in offline mode? I don't
wana pay to my mobile carrier :(

It is not intended that GeoScout should require internet on startup.  I will look into this.

I noticed only that Geoscout "thinks" I'm a basic member on startup
but it seems after clicking OK it's fully functional. I don't use
internet on my phone for the moment but cab activate it instantly if
needed. I didn't come across any problems during last sunday's caching
day.
If you have your dataconnection "off" Geoscout will work just fine :-)

From the look of your device it seems that you have a 3G data connection available, but you do not have a data connection actually established.  Is that correct?
 
Under these circumstances I would not expect GeoScout to attempt to make an internet connection as it shoukld only do this is there is an established data connection available.  I will investigate this as soon as I can.
