GeoRuby Within Radius

Hey there.

I'm trying to use the GeoRuby Library's find_by methods to return rows
from my spatially referenced database that exist within, say, a 2 mile
radius. I've been able to find documentation on how to find rows
within a bounding box, but not within a radius of a given point. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
