The Senate has passed H.R. 4, a bill that repeals the small business
1099 reporting requirements that were enacted as part of the Health
Care reform and the landlord reporting requirements enacted in 2010 as
part of a Small Business bill. Similarly, the House had passed
earlier. The House and Senate versions are identical, and President
Obama has announced that he will sign the bill.
