As you can see from some of these pics Betty was really rough when she first came in, but still had a tail wag and wanted a kind hand on her then. She's made good progress as you can also see. Her looks still cause folks to pass her by, though, but her skin and hair will continue to get better. She's very sweet, a little shy not surprisingly. Won't you give her a look or share? She's at Public Animal Welfare Services at 99 North Avenue in Rome, GA.
