My name is Amy and I work with Doggie Harmony. We're looking for volunteers to help us at a fundraising event happening at The Chamblee Arts Festival on Saturday, April 18 (10am -6pm) & Sunday, April 19 (11am-5pm). We will be set up in the parking lot at Creative Stone, 5318 Peachtree Road, Chamblee, 30341.- We need volunteers for the following:
Set up: 8am-10am on Saturday
Set up: 9am-11am on Sunday.
Break Down: 6pm - 7:30pm on Saturday
Break Down: 5pm - 7:00pm on Sunday
Booth Sales Support: Saturday (4/18)
10:00am - 12:00pm
12:00pm - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 4:00pm
4:00pm - 6:00pm
10:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 6:00pm
Booth Sales Support: Sunday (4/19)
11:00am - 1:00pm
1:00pm - 3:00pm
3:00pm - 5:00pm
11:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 5:00pm
We are also open to any set of hours someone is able to help. Stay all day if you're able, we'd welcome it. The above listed timeframes are suggestions. Volunteers will also have access to the indoor restrooms at Creative Stone, so we can skip the port-a-potties.
