CARTS has announced a major change to its bus service connecting Georgetown to Austin. The new route, which starts January 30th, will provide direct service to downtown Austin rather than requiring a connection to a second bus or train at Lakeline Station. A bus leaving Georgetown at 6:20 am would arrive at Guadalupe & 11th at 7:20am. It will make other stops in Austin as well.
