The more I read and study the Life and Writings of George Lippard,
and I share all items

on my facebook page, the more I realize that I am going to have to
file an application to become

a bonified "Non-Profit' organization. In a word , take all this
public. I am in the process of doing

that right now. And if anyone would like to become one of the
'founders' , let me know. Once

you do that, I'll get the legal papers to you, to complete that
action. (Don't worry a non-profit, will

not get you into tax or financial problems.

Tidbits:

Lippard was a Journalist and magazinist right around the same time
as his friend Edgar A. Poe.

Most, if not all of his works, have long ago passed into the public
domain and are available thru

the 'reprint' presses. Lippard lived, wrote in and about
Philadelphia. Philadelphia in the 1840's was

still in the bottom of the pits economically, and this was largely due
to the economic and mean

financial policies of President Andrew Jackson. Jackson had a
private vendetta against Philadelphia

financier Nicholas Biddle, who managed the 2nd National Bank of the
United States, headquartered

in Philadelphia. One idea which has been suggested to me, was that
this group would read , and or

review Lippard's books. (I've already got most of Lippard's books, in
a File for anyone to read.
