• Very good knowledge of understanding of legacy Phone and VOIP Technologies
• Comprehensive knowledge of TCP/IP, SSNMP, DNS, LDAP, WINS, sniffers, Windows Server operating systems, network systems
• Call Accounting Services
• Toll & Toll Fraud Services,
• Voice Attendant Service
• Audio, Web and Video Conference
• Manage voice and video landscape
• Complete understanding of integrated IVR phone system
• Root Cause Analysis
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer handling skills
• Good Analytical, documentation & Reporting skills
