Job Summary:
We are seeking two experienced ServiceNow Platform Architects with deep knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) to join our client-focused delivery team. You will be responsible for architecting scalable and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring best practices, and driving innovation and quality in ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.)
- Define technical standards and ensure platform scalability, security, and performance
- Lead integration design with external systems using APIs (REST, SOAP)
- Guide development teams, review code, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to align architecture with business goals
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- Strong expertise in ITSM suite and deep understanding of CMDB, workflows, and custom applications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) required
- Experience in public sector or state government projects is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Job Summary:
We are hiring two ServiceNow Project Managers with expertise in ITSM implementation projects. The ideal candidates will have proven experience managing large-scale ServiceNow projects, coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders, and delivering within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM project delivery, from initiation through deployment
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and risks effectively
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure projects are aligned with public sector compliance and standards
- Prepare reports, conduct stakeholder meetings, and manage change requests
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of IT project management experience with 8+ years specifically managing ServiceNow ITSM projects
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules and workflows
- PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
- Experience with state government or public sector clients is highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
