Hi.  I'm not even sure where to start, since I don't know VC/m too well; but I have a file that is able to be checked in and out of VC/m, moved up to PROD, but it doesn't actually exist in VC/m.  There are no integrity errors, and no compile errors or warnings.  The file is never actually moved to PROD.

What group can accept questions like this, or how do I get help with George James VC/m-- besides lookin in the extensive help files, which I have, but it's not helping.

Thanks,
Laura

 Hi Laura,

Every site's VC/m config is unique, so the best channel for your issue will be an email to sup...@georgejames.com. Please send us as much information as you can, including screenshots if possible. Include your site/company name and VC/m version number, and if the View\Reports menu in your VC/m includes a "Locations & Versions" option please run this and send the output file as an attachment to your email to support.

Thanks,

John

Thanks John; I heard recently that George James will continute to support Vcm, so I am optimistic.  I'll send that along soon.
Thanks,
Laura

Yes, we are fully committed to VC/m, which last year was renamed Deltanji. Release notes for every version after 3.2 can be accessed via hyperlinks on this page.

Quick question: a "Locations & Versions" report, or a "Locations & Routes" report?  Or maybe a "Version by Locations" report? We have Vcm 4.0.

My mistake. I should have written "Locations & Routes".

Anyway, I see you've opened a support ticket with us so we'll follow up there.

John
