Whatever's in the repo should be enough to produce the distro that is
currently available for download (with the exception of MapGuide and FDO).

In this respect, the repo is missing the following:

* Sample data + config files
* The georest webpages/css

Yeah, I can't remember why we did that. Maybe so that we didn't have to
track it with all of the branches, or to separate it out so that I wouldn't
have to worry about screwing up the stuff real developers were working on
when I was modifying the samples, but I'm not really sure.
