The defaultcount attribute of the Method key does not appear to be honoured,
at least for the KMZ representation which I am testing.

This still appears to be an issue with the current release, in HTML
representation as well. If I set defaultcount to 20, it still shows 64
rows.

'defaultcount' was never implemented in xml configuration
now added 'defaultcount' attribute of the 'Method' key
