Problem in uploading pictures

Goodmorning.

I have tried to upload some maps for georeferencing a number of times in the last two days, but the homepage doesn't work. When the upload is 100% complete, it doesn't allow me to enter in the georeferencing page, and remains in a "Waiting..." status for hours..
