geoTIFFs export as black and white only

I have a tiff that has been referenced and looks correct on the map page and displays in the correct colors, however when I export it to GeoTIFF, the output file is black and white only.   Am I missing anything here or doing something wrong?

I report the same issue. Only BW when download geotiff

Yes me too. The map image looked good and the georeferencing lined up spot on. After downloading the GeoTiff file the map looked completely jagged with all the tiles not joined together properly. I started with a 7MB file and the GeoTiff was 125MB. This is just unexceptable from any angle.
