upgrade demo.georchestra.org

Hello,

https://demo.georchestra.org has been upgraded to latest master, so
https://demo.georchestra.org/mapstore/ now showcases mapstore 2024.02,
and https://demo.georchestra.org/geonetwork/ is now on GN 4.4.5.

https://demo.georchestra.org/geoserver/ is a special GS 2.27-snapshot
version to showcase/test OGCAPI support.

i had noticed many ACLs in geoserver that were created by test users
from @uol.com.br, i had to drop them all to restore a working setup for
the demo.
