Bonjour,
L'intégration d'apache Superset a été adoptée par le PSC. Je suis donc en train de travailler sur le sujet.
J'ai une question qui nous concerne tous : sous quel chemin va-t-on accéder à cet outil ?
- Si je reste dans la logique geOrchestra, ça serait https://demo.georchestra.org/superset/
- Perso, je préférerais un chemin plutôt relié à la fonction apportée : /dashboard ? Ca donnerait https://demo.georchestra.org/dashboard/
- on va éviter /analytics, car si j'ai bien l'intention aussi de l'utiliser pour cela, ça servira aussi à d'autres usages.
- Je propose aussi /dataviz, sinon
Les enjeux :
- si ces chemins sont déjà pris pour autre chose sur votre plateforme, ça va peut-être vous compliquer la vie. Donc autant le dire maintenant
- si certains chemins vous donnent des boutons, pareil. Mais on le prendra peut-être moins solidement en compte (donc dites que c'est déjà pris ;o))
- Puisqu'on parle de donner des boutons : le problème avec
/superset et /dashboard, c'est que c'est des chemins déjà
utilisés dans Superset. Donc on va se retrouver avec une
redondance parfois. Par exemple
- /superset/welcome -> https://demo.georchestra.org/superset/superset/welcome si préfixe /superset
- /dashboard/list -> https://demo.georchestra.org/dashboard/dashboard/list si préfixe /dashboard
- et même /superset/dashboard/mon_dash_id -> https://demo.georchestra.org/superset/superset/dashboard/mon_dash_id ou https://demo.georchestra.org/dashboard/superset/dashboard/mon_dash_id
- bref. A mon avis c'est acceptable, mais il faut bien reconnaître, ça ne fait pas super propre.

The stakes:
- if these paths are already taken for something else on your platform, it may complicate your life. So you you'll probably be better off telling us now
- if some paths give you a rash, same thing. But we might take it less firmly into account (so say it's already taken ;o))
- Since we're talking about giving a rash: the problem with /superset and /dashboard is that these are paths already used in Superset. So we'll end up with redundancy sometimes. For example
- /superset/welcome -> https://demo.georchestra.org/superset/superset/welcome if prefix /superset
- /dashboard/list -> https://demo.georchestra.org/dashboard/dashboard/list if prefix /dashboard
- and even /superset/dashboard/my_dash_id -> https://demo.georchestra.org/superset/superset/dashboard/my_dash_id or https://demo.georchestra.org/dashboard/superset/dashboard/my_dash_id
- in my opinion it is acceptable, but we must admit, it does not look very clean.
