Why is longitude so far off?

The plug in is saying that my longitude is -97.822, somewhere near Wichita Kansas (USA). But that is wrong, although it is not too far from geographic center of the USA, I guess. When I check with another Web site (https://tools.keycdn.com/geo), it puts me at -122.2971, which is much, much closer to the truth (for for where our VPN server is located, actually).

Weirdly, the latitude is pretty close to correct. I don't know if that is a coincidence or what.

same error to me.

I can not use it unless i could fix lat + long.

Any idea?
