Having Issues with Cureency Converter Rates totally OFF

HI I am using Currency Converter JS and the rates are totally Off example
Currency Converter
to
$1.00
= $1.35
to
1 USD = 1.2890 CAD Regular Google

Hi,
I don't know where you got that code from, but it isn't the output of
the geoplugin servers. I have tested the currency converter on a server
that has nothing to do with geoplugin and the result is 1USD = 1USD, as
expected.
What is the code you are using to embed the currency converter? The same
as given here:
http://www.geoplugin.com/examples#example_5an_ajax_currency_converter
That code outputs the correct service and exchange rates.
