Need secure url for geoplugin

Hi,

I used this url  http://www.geoplugin.net/json.gp?jsoncallback=? on my code. But It showing error in the console as :

mixed content [ Mixed Content: The page at was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://www.geoplugin.net/json.gp?jsoncallback=_1547240074176'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS. ]

Can you help me in getting the above url as secure url starts with https ?

It's saying 403 valid SSL key required.

Can  you please  assist me what exactly I need to do to get the result same as http://www.geoplugin.net/json.gp?jsoncallback=?'

Hi,
Yes, the SSL service requires an inexpensive SSL key (€12/yr) - the key
can be purchased at
https://www.geoplugin.com/premium#ssl_access_per_year

Note the key is not whitelisting and usage is still bound by the 120
requests a minute limit.

Okay Thank you for the update. So, I would like to purchase SSL for this but before that can you please answer me the following questions :

1. I want to use this geoplugin to identify visitors state and Country when they fill out forms on my website. So where do I implement and where do I need to put this secure API link ?

2. Is it gonna be just a link or do I need to write any script to get required location details. How does it work ?
