experimental version with spatial-views and spatialite 4.1.1 as branch 'spatialite_views' submitted

This logic was relativity easy to add due to all the preparation work in the last months.

The experimental code for normal views has been removed.

Only Spatial-Views will be supported.

The newest Database drivers must be used.

The resulting apk is now 10,3 MB big as apposed to 9.7 MB.

Known problem: The Styles Database is not being updated.
- when manually activated, the views show up correctly.

This branch is based on the master from this morning (i.e. without labels)

Due to the new Spatialite-Driver, this must be thoroughly tested.

-- I think I know the cause of this and will look at the code tomorrow to see if my assumption is true.
-- should this be the case, the resolvement  should be no problem
