Crash when changing server ttpe to google drive

What is the problem? Please be detailed.

If I try to change the server type in settings to google drive the app crashes.

What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?

GeoODK collect 2.0.4
Asus zenfone 3, android 8.0.0, DUTCH

What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?

My android is in dutch, so the app is also in dutch so I the labels I use in the scenario below might be slightly different because I needed to translate them.

1) start the app
2) go to settings
3) choose "server platform"
4) choose "google drive"

What you have you tried to fix the problem?

Reinstall, retry many times.
