bug on teh setup of aggregate for geoODK

Hello,

I am a new user of GeoODK. I succeeded in creating a form (from my laptop) and I followed all the steps to install aggregate (https://docs.opendatakit.org/aggregate-app-engine/) in order to allow the synchronisation with the androïd app if I understood it correctly. It went well until the step n°24. There, when I click on the project's URI (see screenshot hereafter), it just opens a blank screen with the sentence "Hello, World" and that's all. Impossible to do something on this tab... Do you have an idea on how to debug aggregate? Or, is there a step I could have done wrong? I am available if you need more details.

Please, I really wish to reach that stage. I am constantly failing on how to convert my files and how should I upload them to aggregate thereafter. I would really appreciate your support. Thank you.
