Not able to create a Aggregate account

Hi,

I'm not able to create an Aggregate account to be able to download my data. I've been trying to understant how, but it never works.. I've been using an other accound for years now, but it seams now that my time have exceded and I can't use it anymore.

The codes are too complicated for me to install agregate my self, is there a fast and easy way?
