App crashs when using local map

I encounter a app crash when using local map (mbtiles file) for filling a survey. The local layer is nicely visible when app is open and NOT being filling a survey. Only when the location field is called, with local layer activated, application is crashing.
I tried most SRID for my map, for example 3857, 4326 and swiss 2056 with same issue in each SRID.

Thank in advance for idea, path to solving...

I have this same issue, did you resolve it?

Our mbtile layer loads well on the user interface map, but when filling out the form and loading the offline layer the app crashes.
