range of zoom level

Hi all !  Good day

hello guys, I'm a user of ODK Collect and now developing project using GEO ODK, some of the interface are new.  if it would be possible, I gladly want to get some help with you guys.

the problem is that, the time i was going to load my map(via tilemill) it seems that that map is fully zoom out.  i would like to limit the zoom level to level 12 to level 21 which i do not know how.  can you guys help me with this.

This could make me see my map easier.  thanks in advance.  :)
