This is my first post.

need to know how to classify Australian Tanks defined as "An artificial waterhole forming a reservoir for rainwater and adjacent run–off." by Place naming glossary | NSW Government.

An example would be Albert Tank, Australia - H RSVT 13589370
Is it a Reservoir or a Water Tank?

Also if anyone can help with updating Australia Admin2 Local government areas LGA please contact me.
