Change of topony name

Hey,

just found a topony (2950620) that i suppose may be wrong: as of 1995 the city is called "Bergen auf Rügen" as mentioned in Wikipedia http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bergen_auf_R%C3%BCgen#Name
