Regions and Community Development Council in Singapore

I was reviewing the structure for Singapore in GeoNames and noticed that the regions appear to be missing from the dataset; currently, only CDCs are available.

Should these regions be added to the dataset? If so, could you guide me on the proper process for contributing them?
