Data corrections

I was trying to reach for help on the forum, but don’t see my posts to appear even after few days.

Here are two small things I couldn’t edit online.

- http://www.geonames.org/457631/maruska.html

The place does not exist, cannot delete "Authoriation error, please log in" even tho I'm logged in.

 

- https://www.geonames.org/459419/jaunciems.html

Should be PPLX.

When I try to update, it says: "the name is locked and may only be updated by users with a user-level >= 2. Your current user level is 1"

 

Also, I’m working on a project, where I’m hoping to use your data dump, and most probably it will have lots of corrections after.

So I'm curious if there is any way to submit corrections programmatically?

 

PS. How do people level up? 😊
